RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We love each and every one of our pieces and we want you to be IN LOVE with your purchase as well. Within 48hrs of receiving your item, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at: info@shopenara.com or via whatsapp 55 5406 2123

RETURN SHIPPING

All return expenses and processes are the customer’s responsibility.
   Items must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition, all labels attached,
packaged in the same cloth bag as it was received.
  Contact us for a return authorization before mailing back your item.
Items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving it
and must include a copy of the return authorization.

EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged for size, color or store credit.  Sizes and colors are subject to availability.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a merchandise certificate that will be sent to you in the mail.

REFUNDS

Due to the highly customizable nature of the items, refunds will only be made, previously approved by seller,
if merchandise has been grossly misrepresented or for quality/ factory issues. 
 We are not responsible for color misrepresentations or items not fitting to your liking.

FINAL SALE

Custom orders and pre-orders are final sale.
